Pursuant to D.S. N° 011-2011-PCM · Date: July 06, 2026

Pursuant to the Consumer Protection and Defense Code, providers are obligated to address complaints filed by our consumers within a maximum of 30 calendar days. The response will be sent to the email address provided.

1. Consumer identification
2. Identification of the good or service
3. Complaint or grievance details

On submit, a complaint sheet with a unique number will be generated and your email client will open to notify us formally.
