At Azoramind we value the privacy of those who visit our website, request information about our services, or hire AI, automation and data architecture solutions. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, for what purpose, how long we keep it, who we share it with and what your rights are.
This policy is governed by Peru's Law No. 29733, Personal Data Protection Law, its regulations approved by Supreme Decree No. 003-2013-JUS, and the guidelines of the National Authority for Personal Data Protection (ANPD) of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.
1. Data controller

2. Personal data we collect
We only collect the data strictly necessary to provide our services:
- Contact data: name, surname, email, phone number, company or legal name, role.
- Request data: subject, message, services of interest, estimated budget.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, time on site, referrer (for analytics and security purposes only).
- Cookies and similar technologies: as described in our Cookie Policy.
We do not request sensitive data (racial origin, religious beliefs, health, sexual life, among others). If we ever need to process this type of data within a specific project, we will inform you explicitly and request your prior written consent.
3. Purpose of processing
Your data is used exclusively for the following purposes:
- Answer your inquiries and information requests.
- Send you tailored commercial proposals.
- Manage the contractual relationship with our clients (billing, support, project communication).
- Comply with legal, accounting and tax obligations.
- Improve our services through aggregated and anonymous analysis.
- Send you communications about relevant news, only if you have given explicit consent.
4. Legal basis
The processing of your data is based on one or more of the following legal grounds:
- Consent: when you fill out a contact form or accept to receive communications.
- Contract execution: when you hire our services.
- Legal obligation: to comply with Peruvian tax, accounting and corporate regulations.
- Legitimate interest: to protect the security of our website and prevent fraud.
5. Data retention
We keep your personal data only for as long as strictly necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected and, afterwards, during the applicable legal periods (generally up to 10 years for accounting and tax documentation). After these periods, data is securely deleted or anonymized.
6. Recipients and transfers
As a general rule, we do not share your data with third parties. However, to provide our services we may rely on the following processors, all under confidentiality agreements:
- Cloud infrastructure providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for data hosting.
- Communication tools (email, CRM, ticketing).
- Observability providers (Sentry) for error monitoring, without personally identifiable data.
- Competent authorities when required by law or judicial order.
Some of these providers may be located outside Peru. In such cases, we ensure they offer a level of protection equivalent to that required by Law No. 29733.
7. Your ARCO rights
As the data subject, you have the right to:
- Access: know what data of yours we hold.
- Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Cancellation: request that we delete your data when it is no longer needed.
- Objection: oppose the processing of your data on legitimate grounds.
- Information: know the purpose and recipients of the processing.
- Consent withdrawal: at any time, without retroactive effect.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacidad@azoramind.com attaching a copy of your ID. We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days, in accordance with current regulations.
If you consider that we have infringed your rights, you may file a complaint with the National Authority for Personal Data Protection (ANPD) of Peru's Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.
8. Security measures
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration or disclosure: encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS 1.3), encryption at rest, role-based access control, audit logs, HTTP security headers (CSP, HSTS, X-Frame-Options), periodic backups and continuous monitoring.
9. Minors
Our services are intended exclusively for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from minors under 14. If we detect that we have received data from a minor, we will delete it immediately.
10. Cookies
The use of cookies on our website is governed by our Cookie Policy, which forms an integral part of this policy.
11. Changes
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy when necessary due to legislative, operational or technological changes. Any modification will be published on this same page, indicating the date of the last update.

Note: This document is a general framework for the processing of personal data. For specific projects with particular requirements, we sign additional data processing agreements (DPA) with our clients.
